Thanksgiving Countdown ChallengeT(hanksgiving) -22 Devotion
Look What He Did!
My mother always reminded me to say thank you. This habit has remained with me years later. I always say thank you to God when He does things for me, big or small. I want Him to know how grateful I am for everything He does in my life. This verse, however, tells us that saying thank you isn’t enough. We must tell others about the”wonderful deeds” God has done for us.
Many of us aren’t comfortable talking to others about our faith, most importantly our relationship with God. One way to do this is by telling others about the ways the Lord has blessed your life. It doesn’t have to be an elaborate story. You don’t need to preach to or at anyone. Just tell them about the wonderful thing that happened in your life & why you are grateful to God for the blessing. Share the story the same way you would if a friend did something special for you. It really is just that simple and, once you do it often enough, it will be just that easy & natural.
